Things could be worse...

Today we went to celebrate a couple of common birthdays. CamMad's cousin had a very hard night. The child has had some issues going Number 2. It is very painful for the child and everyone around the child knows when it is time. We just heard from them as they left the emergency room. The doctor had given an x-ray that showed blockage and they had to give the child the dreaded enema to clear it up. Our thoughts and prayers are for a speedy recovery and a long-term fix because no child should have to have that kind of experience. Initially this entry was going to focus on children's ability to wake up early early on mornings when they can sleep in. Maybe another time!
